Please take time to learn more about SCGLPM — then you may choose to support our efforts by joining SCGLPM. Memberships start at just $25 ($10 student and special needs). SCGLPM is now able to process your credit card donation through our secure provider, PayPal.
When you click the PayPal button below, you will go to the PayPal site to enter your credit card information, or, if you are already a member of PayPal, you can just submit a donation amount.
If you are a first-time PayPal user, please enter your name and address information data fields. This is how we can know where to send a Thank You card. When your transaction is complete, PayPal will notify us with your name, contact information, and donation amount only. Your personal information will not be transmitted to SCGLPM.
An Important Mission
The purpose of the Gay and Lesbian Pride Movement is to celebrate lesbian, gay, transgender and bisexual pride; to enlighten the general population with respect to gay, lesbian, transgender and bisexual issues; and to work peacefully to achieve equal protection under the law for all South Carolinians.
Your support and involvement helps to further our important mission.
Some of SCGLPM's activities:
- SCGLPM sponsors and organizes the annual South Carolina Pride March and Rally.
- SCGLPM educates and informs the general public and other organizations.
- SCGLPM fights for human rights and hate crimes legislation in the State House and in city halls throughout the state.
- SCGLPM helps to operate the Pride Center as a safe haven for our community and youth with support and social activities.
- SCGLPM coordinates GLBT groups throughout the state.
- SCGLPM funds and manages this website to inform the community.
